Registration conditions

The minimum enrollment age is 18 years. Only students of lower age will be accepted if accompanied by their parents or by their parents.

Minors must have their legal representative who must provide at the time of registration the delivery at which they can always be contacted in order to be asked if their decision is necessary. In the event of non-observance or irretrievability, the decisions taken by the school will be considered as valid, recognizing also the corresponding disbursements made by such decisions.

Collective courses are held in classes consisting of a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 10 students. The school can complete the classes whose number of pupils is lower than expected, by enrolling students of the same level. The school reserves the right to cancel any course, change its schedule and change its prices and total number of hours based on alternative solutions offered to customers if the minimum number of participants is not reached. This means that, in the absence of the minimum number of enrolled in a collective course, the same will be transformed into an individual, semi-individual or mini- group less than one hour, corresponding to the commercial value of the collective course to which the students Were enrolled.

In order to form homogeneous classes, each student must undergo a preliminary test or follow a free trial lesson to be included in the level corresponding to their language skills. If the student's progress is not aligned with that of the rest of the class, the school reserves the right to move the student to a class more consistent with his / her level of learning.

Registration does not include a fee. Only to attend the Italian courses you must be an ANSI member. For the membership fee of the ANSI (National Association of Italian Schools) you must send the completed application form in each part and the payment receipt Of Euro 20,00.

1 - For cancellations made up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the start of the course, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
2 - For cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the start of the course, the deposit will not be refunded
3 - It is not possible to change or cancel the date of a course for which a study visa has been obtained
4 - If a cancellation is made after the beginning of the course, the school will retain the full paid amount even if the study period is more than 4 weeks
5 - If the course is intensive and is longer than 4 weeks, students can apply for a credit for the unused course part. This credit will only include the unused period and will be valid for 12 months after the issue date
6 - If students decide not to attend lessons or shorten the course, they are not entitled to any refund
7 - Advances and credits are not transferable to other people.

Students from countries that require a visa to study abroad should contact the Italian Embassy in their country before carrying out all bureaucratic procedures. The enrollment certificate issued by the school is one of the requirements for obtaining such a visa. To receive the aforementioned certificate, the student must pay in advance all the necessary costs.

The bank transfer copy must be sent to the school via e-mail, specifying exactly who the payment was made: the name of the student, the type of course and the exact period of the course. Bank charges are borne by the student. Students will receive confirmation of registration and if they have requested accommodation, they will receive all the information related to it.

Any waiver must be sent to the school's headquarters in writing: telegram, registered letter, fax or e-mail with the motivation and any relevant documentation. No other form of communication is accepted.
In case of waiver, the participant will incur the following penalties calculated on the whole participation fee:

- Up to four weeks (28 days) notice from the beginning of the course: no penalties, full refund except bank charges. Membership fees can not be refunded.
- For cancellations up to 14 days from the beginning of the course the deposit will be fully refunded excluding bank charges.
- No refunds are due for cancellations within two weeks (14 days) from the beginning of the course.
- There is no refund in case of absence, delay or withdrawal from the course started. Individual student students, if they can not attend the scheduled lessons, must notify the school secretary at least 24 hours in advance to postpone them. Otherwise the lessons will be charged.

General rules


In the classrooms it is absolutely forbidden to smoke and use cell phones as well as to consume food and drink. Students are asked not to disturb others.
Students of collective courses, during class attendance, must not disturb the other participants; Pending the departure from the class without any reimbursement.
Students must take care of the materials made available by the school and will be required to reimburse any damage to the school assets and structure. In case of non-refundment, the school reserves the right to remove any liability for any damages

Students who do not have insurance coverage for illness are advised an insurance plan. Citizens of European Community countries have the right to free medical care in Italy if they hold the European Health Card. This card must be requested to the health authorities of their country before leaving for Italy. Non-EU students must check with the authorities of their country if there is insurance cover for their stay abroad. If not, they should provide insurance coverage during their stay in Italy. There is no insurance coverage for any damages and accidents outside school premises.

The school reserves the right to use photos and video footage taken during the course or leisure activities to illustrate its promotional material. If the student does not want to consent to the publication of this material, he must write to the school within 30 days of video or photo shooting. This material has no commercial or contractual value.
